Dissolve Into Sublime Rest

An invitation to coil inward into the warmth of the sanctuary of your body in this deeply restorative chill flow with a methodical approach to bring forth & bathe in the state of stiti (an unbroken flow of unsurpassed calm).

Over 90 minutes we will explore pranayama woven through asana & the vital role of 1:1 & 1:2 breath with retention to  invoke the release of stored hypertension & unprocessed emotions. Tash is schooled in the Sri Vidya lineage of India & will take you on a 30 minute sublime journey into becoming completely empty with a Yoga Nidra to enhance healing & renewal.

A little about Tash:

Tash offers a heart led & expansive approach to liberation, merging many different pathways that lead to self illumination. Authentically combining her love of language, dance & the power of music. Tash has built her teaching craft over a lifetime that is rooted in the core principles of Tantra & the ancient traditions of India. Her 15 years school teaching has also played a role in being able to hold educationally enhanced workshops, programs & courses.

Forever in awe of the endless possibilities that can be discovered in stillness, Tash is a dedicated student who lives the path with a playful attitude. It is from this sincerity, humility & embodiment that she weaves the vast matrix systems of Yoga, Tantra, Chinese Medicine Theory & Ayurveda to invoke healing & self empowerment. She is a passionate ceremonialist & space holder who facilitates self inquiry into the subtle realms within, to connect with an inner resource that is ever-present, boundless & free.

Tash has keen interests in & has studied the psychology of yoga & meditation & somatic movement to break through & rewire our habitual behaviours that can keep us stuck in repetitive cycles.
