  • Vital classes are the perfect starting point to give you a strong foundation to build or refine your Yoga practice. Breaking down postures with a focus on alignment & technique.

    The Vital classes run on a 10 week cycle- there is a different focus each week to embody and understand the elements of the poses to incorporate into a practice for longevity. Each week builds on the next so you can repeat, revise and progress safely in your practice.

    Ideal for those new to Yoga, those wanting to refine and break down poses and want a slower moving class.

  • All levels classes that flow, with offerings to progress or modify mindfully and accommodate all levels of experience.

    Each teacher will bring their unique style to these classes, from more flowing rhythmic classes to breaking down challenging poses with expert instruction.

  • A strong class with lots of playful and challenging postures to progress your practice in a safe and encouraging way.

    These classes are to elevate your practice, with inversions, arm balances, backbends, funky flows & so much more. Get curious and challenge yourself with Vivid.

  • Unique to Yoga Loft- Yin Yoga & MyoFascial incorporates Fascia release techniques with Yin Yoga poses as tools to increase fluid movement and hydration of the connective tissue that covers the entire body.

    This practice offers stillness, increases range of motion, prevention and recovery of injuries with long holds and gentle trigger point release.

  • A deliciously restful practice. Supported with lots of props you’ll be enjoying time to rest, restore and re-set the nervous system.

  • Chill Flow is our newest class style.

    Bringing the chill vibes to a slow nourishing flow appropriate for all levels of experience. Think deep and sweet practices to connect your mind and body.

As we grow we will be adding more class times with amazing teachers

At Yoga Loft we believe the practices will generate heat, so our Studio will always be a comfortable temperature.

We won’t heat the room above 25 degrees in the colder months and in the warmer weather we will have the windows open allowing ventilation and have the option of cooling the space on the really hot summer days. All our classes are appropriate for Pregnant students and people recovering from injuries.

Our Yoga is therapeutic, safe and functional- we aim for calming for the nervous system and believe excessive heat is stressful for the body and mind.
