Harriets teaching style is steady but strong, thoughtfully designed to increase our ability to move functionally with an emphasis on shifting our focus inward during a state of flow, reconnecting with ourselves amongst the constant chaos of our lives, finding a sense of stillness and peace.

Harriet loves being creative, inspiring students to activate their bodies in ways they may have never thought of. She’s inspired by creating synergy between physical movement, our breath and minds.
