Chai has trained through the Saraswati Lineage in Hatha Yoga. His classes are presented in a well-balanced combination of energizing and calming practices. The classical approach of Hatha includes yoga postures, long holds, relaxation, breath expansions, cleansing / detoxing practices known as shatkarmas, and basic steps towards meditation.
Chai's experience and passion for the practice has led him to Yoga Therapy practices that can be tailored to suit all ages, people with specific injuries, medical conditions and prenatal yoga practices.
