Growing up as a ballerina, Mandy has always been drawn to the power of movement as a means to change energy states.
Mandy's vinyasa classes move fluidly through a series of poses sequenced creatively to cultivate strength, flexibility, stability and focus, while linking movement to breath. She offers plenty of modifications through her classes making them suitable for all bodies. Mandy loves nothing more than to assist, helping students experience a new sensation while in a pose.
Mandy also teaches Yin & Yoga Nidra, weaving myth and mindfulness meditations through the practice. Her super chilled classes encourage students to disconnect from the busy mind and drop into a state of higher consciousness between waking and sleeping.
